Sec. 8545. Magistrates shall exercise the same powers and perform the same duties as deputy clerks of the district court for the purpose of carrying out the provisions of chapter 84 although they shall not be considered deputy clerks. History: Add. 1968, Act 154, Imd. Eff. June 17, 1968
