Michigan Code § 600.845

Concurrent Jurisdiction of Circuit Court.

Sec. 845.
The jurisdiction conferred by this chapter shall not be construed to deprive the circuit court in the proper county of concurrent jurisdiction as originally exercised over the same matter.
