Sec. 8418. If the defendant fails to pay the judgment according to the terms and conditions thereof, the clerk or deputy clerk of the court, on application of the plaintiff, shall certify such judgment on a form prescribed by the supreme court. History: Add. 1968, Act 154, Imd. Eff. June 17, 1968
