Sec. 8319. Except as to an action commenced in the small claims division, the existence of any basis of jurisdiction provided for in chapter 7 shall enable the district court to exercise the jurisdiction provided therein. History: Add. 1971, Act 61, Imd. Eff. July 20, 1971
