Sec. 6091. Any person duly authorized by an order of the court to sell real estate in pursuance of any judgment, except as otherwise provided by order of the court or by a rule of court, shall give notice of, and conduct the sale as in the case of sale of real estate on execution. The person making the sale shall have the same power and authority and be subject to the same liability as in the case of sale of realty on execution. All lawful fees for advertising and conducting the sale shall be added to the amount due on the judgment and collected therewith. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963 ;-- Am. 1974, Act 297, Eff.
