Sec. 3352. The authority given by this chapter to partition real estate does not authorize the revival or prosecution of any claim to lands which otherwise would be barred by the statute of limitations or by the acquiescence of any party who had the claim. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
