Sec. 3312. Any person who has an estate in possession of any ores, minerals, or metals in lands may maintain a claim for partition. But the claim for partition may be brought only against those persons who have estates in possession of the ores, minerals, and metals. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
