Sec. 312. (1) The court of appeals shall hold such sessions as are necessary to dispose of the matters before it. (2) The court of appeals shall hold court sessions at such places as the supreme court shall direct. (3) Except as otherwise provided by law or by supreme court rule, the offices of the court of appeals shall be located in the city of Lansing. (4) The department of administration shall furnish the court with suitable space and equipment in the city of Lansing, and at such other locations as the court shall hold court sessions.
