Sec. 2519. A violation of either section 2513 or 2516 shall be deemed a misdemeanor; and the person guilty thereof shall be liable to the party aggrieved for treble the damages sustained by him, and such violation shall be a cause for forfeiture of office. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
