Sec. 251. The supreme court may appoint, remove and shall have general supervision of its staff. It shall have control of the preparation of its budget recommendations and expenditures of moneys appropriated for any purpose by the legislature pertaining to the operation of the court or the performance of the activities of its staff. All fees and perquisites collected by the court staff shall be transmitted to the state treasury and credited to the general fund. History: Add. 1963, 2nd Ex. Sess., Act 55, Imd. Eff. Dec. 27, 1963
