Sec. 2435. The court may allow to the judgment creditor, or to any person examined, whether a party to the action or not, witness fees and disbursements, and an attorney's fee in addition not to exceed $30.00 as costs, in supplementary proceedings. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
