Sec. 2119. Whenever any certified copy of a judgment or decree shall have been, or shall be recorded in any register of deeds' office, such record may be read in evidence in all courts of this state, with like force and effect as such certified copy. History: 1961, Act 236, Eff. Jan. 1, 1963
