Sec. 1001.
The family division of circuit court is created as a division of circuit court and is organized pursuant to this chapter.
History: Add. 1996, Act 388, Eff. Jan. 1, 1998 Compiler's Notes: Former MCL 600.1001, which pertained to circuit court commissioners, election, term, and number, was repealed by Act 297 of 1974, Eff. Apr. 1, 1975.
