Sec. 107. (1) Nothing contained in this act shall prohibit a proprietor from submitting a prepreliminary plat to a governing body for the proprietors information and review. (2) Nothing contained in this act shall allow a municipality, county, or state agency to require an approval of a preliminary plat or plan other than those provided for in sections 112 to 120.
