Contested Case Proceeding.

Sec. 17a.
If a county is aggrieved by a decision of the department that affects the county made under this act or the rules promulgated under this act, the county may contest the decision of the department as a contested case under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328.
