Sec. 6. If the body of a deceased person has been removed to a private morgue for examination upon the order of the medical examiner, the keeper of such morgue shall be allowed compensation for his services as the county medical examiner deems reasonable. Compensation is to be paid out of the county treasury on the order of the examiner. Any expense incurred under the provisions of this act shall be within the appropriations made therefor by the county board of supervisors. History: 1953, Act 181, Eff.
