Sec. 3803. (1) Except as provided in subsections (2) and (3), this chapter applies to a Medicare supplement policy delivered, issued for delivery, or renewed in this state. (2) Sections 3807, 3809, 3811, and 3819 apply to a Medicare supplement policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state on or after June 2, 1992 with an effective date for coverage before June 1, 2010. (3) Sections 3807a, 3809a, 3811a, and 3819a apply to a Medicare supplement policy delivered or issued for delivery in this state with an effective date for coverage on or after June 1, 2010.
