Sec. 3420. An insurer shall include in a disability insurance policy, other than a health insurance policy, a provision as follows: PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS AND AUTOPSY: The insurer at its own expense has the right and must be given the opportunity to examine the insured at reasonable times and as frequently as reasonably required during the pendency of a claim under this policy and to make an autopsy in case of death if not forbidden by law.
