Sec. 3406y. An insurer that delivers, issues for delivery, or renews in this state a policy of health insurance shall provide a nonopioid directive form to insureds upon enrollment. As used in this section, "nonopioid directive form" means that term as defined in section 9145 of the public health code, 1978 PA 368, MCL 333.9145. History: Add. 2022, Act 42, Imd. Eff.
