Sec. 2310. The facility shall operate subject to the supervision of a board of governors appointed by the commissioner. The members of the board of governors shall serve for terms of 2 years. The board shall consist of 5 participating members, 2 worker's compensation insurance policyholders, 1 licensed agent, and 1 member representing the general public. History: Add. 1982, Act 8, Eff.
