Michigan Code § 500.1837

Enforcement.

Sec. 1837.
The commissioner may use any of the powers established under this act to enforce the laws of this state so long as those powers have not been specifically preempted by the liability risk retention act of 1986. For risk retention groups, the commissioner's injunctive authority is restricted by the requirement that an injunction be issued by a court of competent jurisdiction.
