Sec. 124. This code shall not apply to: (a) Domestic farmers' and other special risk mutual property insurers, as identified in chapter 68, except as stated in chapter 68. (b) Fraternal benefit societies, except as stated in chapter 81a. (c) A multiple employer welfare arrangement regulated under chapter 70, except as provided in chapter 70.
