Sec. 1210. An accident and health insurance agent who is a health benefit agent pursuant to the health benefit agent act shall be subject to the health benefit agent act when selling health benefits. As used in this section, "health benefits" and "health benefit agent" means those terms as defined in the health benefit agent act. History: Add. 1986, Act 253, Eff.
