Sec. 1206c. By not later than 6 months after the effective date of this section and by April 30 of each year thereafter, the commissioner or a designee of the commissioner shall prepare and publish a report that summarizes statistical information relating to life and health insurance producer examinations administered during the preceding calendar year. The report shall include, but is not limited to, all of the following information: (a) The total number of examinees. (b) The percentage and number of examinees who passed the examination. (c) The mean scaled scores on the examination. (d) The standard deviation of scaled scores on the examination. (e) The correct answer rate and correlation for each test question and each test form.
