Immunity.

Sec. 204.
The commissioner and the other employees of the office of financial and insurance services are not liable in any civil action for damages for any act done or omitted in performing the functions of their office under this act to the same extent protected by the immunity conferred by 1964 PA 170, MCL 691.1401 to 691.1415.
