Michigan Code § 488.28

Violation Injurious to Business or Property; Action for Treble Damages, Costs, and Attorneys' Fees.

Sec. 28.
A person who is injured in his or her business or property by another person who violates section 9, 10, 11, 23, or 24, may bring an action in any court having jurisdiction to recover treble damages, costs of the action, and reasonable attorneys' fees.
