Sec. 411. The powers granted in sections 401 and 403 shall not be construed as limiting any grant of authority made elsewhere by this act except as provided in section 401. Except as otherwise provided in this act or in the articles or in the bylaws, such powers shall be exercised by the board of directors of the savings bank. History: 1996, Act 354, Imd. Eff.
