Sec. 905. Except as otherwise provided in this section, the provisions of a licensee's incorporating or organizing statute apply to the licensee. If a provision of the licensee's incorporating or organizing statute conflicts with any provision of this act, this act controls. History: 1986, Act 89, Imd. Eff.
