Sec. 805. A person having custody of any of the books, accounts, or other records of a licensee shall not willfully refuse to allow the commissioner, upon request, to inspect or make copies of any of those books, accounts, or other records. History: 1986, Act 89, Imd. Eff. May 1, 1986
