Sec. 301. A Michigan corporation or Michigan limited liability company may apply to the commissioner for a license under this act. A person that is not a Michigan corporation or Michigan limited liability company shall not apply for, and the commissioner shall not grant, a license under this act. History: 1986, Act 89, Imd. Eff.
