Sec. 2313. A service required or authorized to be made by the commissioner under this section or section 2304, 2305, 2306, 2308, 2310, or 2314 may be made by registered or certified mail, or in any other manner reasonably calculated to give actual notice. Copies of a notice or order served by the commissioner upon an institution or any person participating in the conduct of the institution's affairs, under section 2304, 2305, 2306, 2308, or 2310 shall also be sent to the appropriate federal and out-of-state bank, association, and savings bank regulatory agencies.
