Sec. 45. The commissioner may promulgate rules under the administrative procedures act of 1969, 1969 PA 306, MCL 24.201 to 24.328, that he or she considers necessary to implement and enforce this act. History: 2006, Act 250, Imd. Eff. July 3, 2006
