Sec. 6. Within 30 days after receiving an appropriation or federal funding to implement this act, the department shall establish and publish on the department's website the criteria for competitively scoring applications. Within 60 days after the department publishes the criteria, applicants shall submit their applications for funding of their proposed project. History: 2020, Act 224, Imd. Eff. Oct. 16, 2020
