***** 484.1313 THIS SECTION IS REPEALED BY ACT 126 OF 2021 EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 31, 2027 ***** Sec. 313. A 9-1-1 system implemented pursuant to this act shall be terminated only if each public agency, all or part of which was included within the 9-1-1 service district of the final 9-1-1 service plan, withdraws its entire jurisdiction from the 9-1-1 service district pursuant to section 505.
