Sec. 335. (1) A railroad may be fined $10,000.00 for operating or moving any locomotive, railroad car, or railroad maintenance machinery not necessary for bridge repair across a bridge determined by inspection to be unsafe. (2) A railroad may be fined $100.00 per day for failure to provide the department with an affidavit as required by section 331(2). History: 1993, Act 354, Imd. Eff. Jan. 14, 1994
