Sec. 11a. Notwithstanding this or any other act to the contrary, all funds paid into the state treasury under this act shall be credited to a special account to be utilized solely to finance the cost of regulating public utilities. History: Add. 1972, Act 334, Imd. Eff. Jan. 4, 1973
