Michigan Code § 460.1325

Jurisdiction; Authority; Certain Interior Structures, Campuses, Stadiums, and Athletic Facilities.

Sec. 25.
An authority does not have jurisdiction or authority over the design, engineering, construction, installation, or operation of a small cell wireless facility located in an interior structure or upon a campus of an institution of higher education including any stadiums or athletic facilities associated with the institution of higher education, a professional stadium, or a professional athletic facility, other than to enforce applicable codes. This act does not authorize this state or any other authority to require wireless facility deployment or to regulate wireless services.
