Sec. 11. (1) Except as provided in this act, an authority shall not prohibit, regulate, or charge for the collocation of small cell wireless facilities. (2) The approval of a small cell wireless facility under this act authorizes only the collocation of a small cell wireless facility and does not authorize either of the following: (a) The provision of any particular services. (b) The installation, placement, modification, maintenance, or operation of a wireline backhaul facility in the ROW. History: 2018, Act 365, Eff. Mar. 12, 2019
