Sec. 14. Section 27 of Act No. 279 of the Public Acts of 1909, as amended, being section 117.27 of the Compiled Laws of 1948, is repealed. This section shall become effective in any county upon taking office of supervisors elected pursuant to this act. Any action taken by any board of supervisors shall not be invalid solely due to the provisions of this section. History: 1966, Act 261, Eff. Mar. 10, 1967 ;-- Am. 1968, Act 153, Imd. Eff.
