Michigan Code § 458.310

Construction of Inconsistent Acts.

Sec. 10.
In all cases, whether in law or in equity, that may arise in any of the courts of the state, regarding churches incorporated under this act, or those which by vote shall have put themselves under its provisions, all other acts or parts of acts inconsistent herewith shall be interpreted and construed in such manner as to give full force and effect to the provisions of this act.
