Appeal.

Sec. 20.
Any person aggrieved by the decision of the commissioner rendered under section 19 may appeal to the circuit court as provided in chapter 6 of Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, being sections 24.301 to 24.306 of the Michigan Compiled Laws.
