Sec. 7. This act shall not affect any other cause of action that is available and shall be liberally construed to effectuate its purpose. A city, village, township, or county shall not enact an ordinance or other regulation inconsistent with this act or with a rule promulgated under this act. History: 1988, Act 98, Imd. Eff.
