Michigan Code § 445.623

Civil Action for Injunctive Relief; Damages, Attorney's Fees, and Costs.

Sec. 3.
A person injured by a violation of this act may bring a civil action for injunctive relief. In addition, an injured person is entitled to actual damages caused by the violation, reasonable attorney's fees, and costs.
