Sec. 7. A person suffering injury by a violation of this act may bring a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover actual damages and reasonable attorney's fees or seek injunctive or any other relief available at law or in equity. History: 2000, Act 430, Imd. Eff. Jan. 9, 2001
