Injunction; Bond.

Sec. 29.
(1) In addition to any remedy available under this act or otherwise available by law, a manufacturer, warrantor, or dealer may apply to a circuit court for the grant, after a hearing and for cause shown, of a temporary or permanent injunction or other equitable relief restraining any person from doing any of the following:
(a) Acting as a dealer without a proper license.
(b) Violating or continuing to violate this act. A single violation of this act is a sufficient basis for the court to grant equitable relief under this section.
(c) Failing or refusing to comply with any requirement of this act.
(2) The court may not require a bond as a condition to the grant of equitable relief under this section.
