Sec. 21. Upon proper application to the circuit court, a manufacturer or distributor or new motor vehicle dealer may obtain appropriate injunctive relief against termination, cancellation, nonrenewal, or discontinuance of a dealer agreement or any other violation of this act. The court may grant injunctive relief or a temporary restraining order without bond. History: 1981, Act 118, Imd. Eff. July 19, 1981
