Sec. 38. A person who violates a provision of this act shall be fined not more than $10,000.00, or imprisoned for not more than 7 years, or both. Nothing in this act limits the power of the state to punish a person for any conduct which constitutes a crime under any other statute. History: 1974, Act 269, Eff. Oct. 15, 1974
