Public Drinking on Train Prohibited; Exception.

Sec. 2.
No person shall publicly drink any intoxicating liquor as a beverage in any railway train or coach, or interurban car, or give, or cause to be given to any other person therein, intoxicating liquor as a beverage, except in a compartment or place where such liquor is sold or served under the authority of a license lawfully issued.
