Sec. 1017. Alcoholic liquor shall not be served to a person for consumption on the premises unless the glass in which the alcoholic liquor is to be served has been sterilized by a method and in a manner as prescribed by the commission. History: 1998, Act 58, Imd. Eff. Apr. 14, 1998
