Sec. 1. As used in this act,“fence” means a structure or natural barrier which is sufficient to confine an animal as defined in section 1 of Act No. 328 of the Public Acts of 1976, being section 433.11 of the Michigan Compiled Laws. History: 1978, Act 34, Eff. Oct. 1, 1978
